For nine months of 2022, resident enterprises of the special economic zone (SEZ) of Moscow transferred 2.8 billion rubles to budgets of all levels, the Deputy Mayor of Moscow said issues of economic policy and property and land relations Vladimir Efimov.

Almost 1.2 billion rubles were allocated to the city budget, and about 1.6 billion to the federal budget. The largest part of payments for three quarters was provided by the sector of microelectronics, optics, robotics and industrial automation — more than one billion rubles.

Residents of the special economic zone are entitled to significant benefits. Companies are exempt from paying property, transport and land taxes for 10 years.
