Oats  – 1 cup

Onion – 1 medium

Ginger – 1 small piece

Green chillies – 3

Peanuts – 1 tsp

Mustard – 1 tsp

Cumin – 1 tsp 

Olive oil – 1 tbsp

Salt – enough 

Carrot, green beans, peas – three Mix 2 cups

Preparation Method

First light the stove and place a pan or kadai on it. Add olive oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and chickpeas and fry. After it crackles add chopped onion and fry until golden brown. Then add chillies and ginger and fry. Now pour water in it and boil it. When the water is boiling, add salt to it.. Add oats and mix well. Cover and cook it till cooked. That’s it, the hot oats recipe is ready.
