Corriander – 2 table spoons

Chicken – Arakeji (Boneless Chicken)
Lemon juice – one and half tablespoon
Yellow – half teaspoon
Chili – 1 tablespoon
Garam masala – one and half teaspoon
Onion – 1 big (cut into small pieces)
Ginger, garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Salt – enough
Yogurt – 2 tbsp
Corn flour – 3 tbsp
Oil – enough for deep frying
Now take a big bowl and put the chicken in it. Add ginger garlic paste, garam masala, chilli, coriander powder, salt, pepper powder, curd, ghee, curry powder and mix well. The powders should be mixed by hand so that all the chicken is coated well. Add corn flour in it.. and mix. It gives a nice layer to the chicken. Also makes it crispy. If the mixture is a bit dry.. you can sprinkle some water. You have to marinate this mixture for an hour.
How to fry
