Tutti Frutti Cake Recipe For Christmas : The demand for cakes during Christmas is not all. During this time, the celebrations are incomplete if there is no cake in the desserts. Butter – 250 grams

Sugar – 150 grams

Eggs – 5

Mixed fruit Jam – 25 gms

Tooty Fruity – 100 gms

Icing Sugar – 2 tbsp 

Tooty Fruity Cake Preparation Method

When you want to make Tootie Frutti Cake.. soak the Tootie Frutti in chocolate syrup for a week before. On the day of baking, add maida flour, almond powder, cocoa powder and baking powder in a mixing bowl and mix well. A fork can be used to mix them well. Now preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius.

Take another mixing bowl and add butter and sugar in it and mix well. Keep mixing it well until it becomes creamy in texture, light yellow in color. After it becomes light yellow cream add eggs in it. Mix it well until it becomes more creamy. After it becomes a smooth cream add chocolate syrup, jam and soaked tutti fruttis to this mixture. 

Now add flour to the same mixture and mix well. Mix well without lumps. Otherwise air will remain in the middle of the cake and the cake will turn into kisses. So mix the batter well without any lumps. Do you know that? The better you mix the batter, the more perfect your cake will be. You can use a fork for this. Or batter mixing equipment can be used. 

After mixing the cake batter well.. the tin should be prepared with butter paper. Put flour in it. Tap it gently without air bubbles and set it in the tin. Once you tap the ground, any gap will be filled without knowing it. Now put this cake batter tin in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Cook it for 35 to 40 minutes. A toothpick should be inserted into the cake to check whether it is cooked or not. If it comes out clean, then the cake is ready.
